REFUNDS: If you change your mind or forget to turn off the re-subscription, on the condition you did not download any of our resources (not free ones), you have 24hrs after the money is taken to contact us and get a full refund. Any refund requests after this period will not be the full amount due to charges from the bank already being deducted.

This might be because an ad blocker on your browser or a security setting is too high and this has blocked the final process. If you do not wish to renew your subscription , you can manually turn off the renewal feature yourself when you login, or you can email me to do it for you.
Your membership begins on the date on which you subscribe and finishes on the day before that calendar date the following month.
